Stop flat-rate pay re-prorating across pay periods. Payroll Runs (named, non-overlapping periods) plus a combined admin-only Paid workflow that freezes the period figures and lets you adjust submitted hours before locking. The period a flat-rate job completes pays book minus already-paid, so a job always totals its full book amount. Compare both Paid granularities (per-row select vs close whole run) and toggle the current buggy report for contrast. Built on the Greg Wall $432 case.
